The owner of the online store thinkking.ee (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”) is Think King Games OÜ (16474734), with its registered office at Kullaaugu, Prangli Village, 63508 Kanepi Parish, Põlva County.
These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of goods and services (hereinafter referred to as “products”) from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are listed next to each product.
Product information is provided in the online store directly next to the product.
To order a product, add the desired items to your shopping cart. To complete your order, fill in the required fields. The total amount will then be displayed on the screen, which you can pay securely via the following Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Pank, Citadele, Revolut, N26. Payment methods are supported by Montonio Finance OÜ (14557628).
The agreement shall take effect upon receipt of the amount due in the online store’s bank account.
If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to stock shortages or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the payment will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days after the notification is sent.
After adding the product to your cart, you will be redirected to the page where you can enter your personal information and complete the payment. You can pay via bank payment links.
Payments are made in euros.
Think King Games OÜ (16474734) is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for processing payments to the processor, Montonio Finance OÜ (14557628).
Pärast tellimuse esitamist, selle eest maksmist ja toote kättesaamist on ostjal õigus e-poes sõlmitud lepingust taganeda 14 päeva jooksul, teavitades sellest Veebipoodi e-maili teel meelis@thinkking.ee. Palume märkida ka toote tagastamise põhjus.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise your 14-day right of return, you must not use or open the ordered goods; in other words, the goods must be returned to the online store unopened.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the reason for the return is that the product being returned does not match the order (e.g., the wrong product or a defective product). If the product differs from the order or is defective, we ask the buyer to immediately notify the Online Store at meelis@thinkking.ee and include a description of the defect and, if possible, a photo.
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the notice or provide proof that the goods were handed over to the carrier within that period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store will refund to the buyer all payments received from the buyer under the contract as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal.
The online store may refuse to issue a refund until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that the item has been returned, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Online Shop, the Online Shop is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the cost that exceeds the cost of the usual delivery method.
The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online shop is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.
Veebipood vastutab ostjale müüdud kauba lepingutingimustele mittevastavuse või puuduse eest, mis oli olemas juba asja üleandmise hetkel ning mis ilmneb kuni kuue kuu jooksul, alates kauba üleandmisest ostjale. Sellest 14 päeva jooksul asja üleandmisest ostjale eeldatakse, et puudus oli olemas juba asja üleandmise ajal. Vastava eelduse ümberlükkamine on Veebipoe kohustus.
In the event of a latent defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online shop within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to meelis@thinkking.ee.
The online shop is not liable for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to replace the goods, the Online Store will refund the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract, (unless the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the cost of which exceeds the cost associated with the standard delivery method). Kui kaupa ei ole võimalik asendada, tagastab Veebipood ostjale kõik müügilepinguga kaasnenud tasud, (v.a kui ostja on sõnaselgelt valinud Veebipoe pakutud kõige odavamast tavapärasest asja kättetoimetamise viisist erineva kättetoimetamise viisi, mille kulu ületab tavapärase kättetoimetamise viisiga seotud kulu).
The online shop will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
The online shop uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, e-mail address) only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer.
If the buyer has any complaints about the Online Shop, they should be sent by e-mail to meelis@thinkking.ee.
If the buyer and the Online Shop are unable to resolve the dispute through an agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising from a contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Shop. There is no charge for the Commission to examine the buyer’s complaint.
The buyer can turn to the European Union’s consumer dispute resolution platform.
